{We have been dreaming of a major remodel for years. We have lived in our home for 36 years. It was built in 1969. We had a well known , high profile company come and give us an estimate. The company rep was late, rude, and clearly not interested in our project. He gave us an insane price. We were so shocked we gave up on our idea. Then we met Kelvin from Clover Renovations and everything changed. We got his information from a coworker. He came to give us an estimate last August 2023. We were immediately comfortable and engaged. We discussed our large project and waited for the estimate. It was within our budget and very reasonable. We agreed on a December 2023 start date We completely emptied our upstairs and we moved downstairs. The remodel included kitchen, dining, living room, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Essentially our entire primary living space. The time projection was 10-12 weeks. There was a week of ice and snow that slowed the progress and we added some changes along the way, including installation of a new window. By 12 weeks they were 90% complete. Chris, Paul and Ryan were at our house nearly every weekday around 8:00. They were so pleasant, respectful and hard working. They were easy to talk to and put up with my need to know the details of their work. They answered questions and explained things during the project. There were very few hiccups. When there was, we were always amazed at Kelvin’s easy going attitude. He always had a solution for the problem. He always explained things and any necessary options Our home is absolutely beautiful and perfect in every way we imagined. Pictures will not do it justice.
